Retail Product Guarantee

We love our products and hope that you will too. If you find you are not satisfied with a product we will allow you to return the product within 30 days of purchase for a Salon Credit. A receipt or record of purchase in our system is required.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to get comfortable with an Aveda Tea, coffee or water. If you are running late please call to speak to a salon coordinator. In the event you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may require you to reschedule so we do not interfere with the next guest appointment.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be  made as early as possible to allow for another guest to fill that  time slot. We request that all cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance either online or calling the salon. Cancellations that are made less than 24 hours prior to the  appointment may be charged a $25 cancellation/no show fee. 

Wedding or Group Appointments

We would love to be a part of your big day. Please email for group scheduling and pricing. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking all wedding/group parties.

Children at Salon Cora

We do welcome appointments for children. If the child does not have an  appointment, we ask that they are not left unattended at anytime and  they should not accompany you on appointments that take longer than 45  minutes. If you are receiving a spa service we ask that children do not  accompany you.

Hair Donations

We want to help you with donating hair to the charity you choose. We will offer a 50% discount on any haircut resulting in a hair donation of 9 inches or more of healthy hair. Please call the salon, 815-893-4340, to book your appointment for hair donation so that we can apply the discount for you.
