We love our products and hope that you will too. If you find you are not satisfied with a product we will allow you to return the product within 30 days of purchase for a Salon Credit. A receipt or record of purchase in our system is required.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to get comfortable with an Aveda Tea, coffee or water. If you are running late please call to speak to a salon coordinator. In the event you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may require you to reschedule so we do not interfere with the next guest appointment.
New clients are required to secure their appointments with a $25 deposit for their first 2 visits. Appointments not cancelled within 24 hours off the service will forfeit their $25 deposit or be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
For guests that frequently miss or reschedule their appointments a Credit Card on file will be required to book future appointments with a deposit of 50% of the service booked. Any future appointment cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit their deposit.

We offer a variety of services that can be customized to meet the needs of your wedding party. We also have a room available for use to bring in food and beverages for your party to enjoy while getting services for your event.

We do welcome appointments for children. If the child does not have an appointment, we ask that they are not left unattended at anytime and they should not accompany you on appointments that take longer than 45 minutes. If you are receiving a spa service we ask that children do not accompany you.
Anyone under 18 is considered a minor and is required to have a parent accompany them for the consultation and checkout for their appointment. If a minor comes to an appointment unaccompanied we may require they reschedule when a parent can accompany them.
