Cancellation & Arrival Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Because both cancellations and rescheduled appointments leave a reserved time slot unfilled, changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total.
Our service providers reserve dedicated time specifically for you. When appointments are canceled or rescheduled at the last minute, it often does not provide enough time for us to offer that appointment to another guest. This directly impacts our team's schedule and ability to earn a living. We appreciate your understanding and consideration of the time that has been reserved on your behalf.
Guests who repeatedly no-show, cancel, or reschedule appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may be required to place a deposit when booking future appointments. Deposits will be applied toward the scheduled service and may be forfeited if the appointment is not kept in accordance with this policy.
To help us stay on schedule for all of our guests, we offer a 15-minute grace period for arrivals. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or may receive an abbreviated service, depending on the time available.
