Cancellation & Arrival Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service total or forfeiture of the deposit, where applicable.
We offer a 15-minute grace period for arrivals. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we may be unable to complete your service as scheduled due to time constraints.
