Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns with a service you received at Salon Cora, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
We ask that you allow us the opportunity to evaluate your service and, when appropriate, make reasonable adjustments. Concerns reported after 7 days may not qualify for a complimentary adjustment, as hair, nails, and skin can change over time and may be affected by home care, products, or other services.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on an individual basis.
